NOTE to those using the SAFARI browser on Mac or iPhone:

There is a setting in SAFARI that will prevent you from reaching the PAYMENT screen. To proceed you have two options; both of which are relatively simple:

1. Switch your browser to Chrome or Firefox

2. Change a setting in SAFARI.  Below are instructions how to do this on iPhone and Mac

• iPhone: 

1. Open Settings.

2. Scroll down to “Apps”. 

3. Scroll down to “Safari”. 

4. Scroll down to General > “Block Pop-ups”. 

5. Turn off “Block Pop-ups”

6. Go back to the signup screen and continue

• Mac:

1. While in Safari, go to the Safari menu at the top left of the screen.  

2. Select “Settings”. 

3. From the menu selections across the top, select “Websites” 

4. From the menu on the left, Choose “Pop-up Windows”  

5. On the right, select “sites.google.com”  

6. Change the setting on the right to “Allow”. 

7. Close the window by pressing the red button at top left. 

8. This will take you back to the Membership window and you may continue
