We are very grateful to the folks who reached out to us and indicated you might be willing to help out. THIS IS REALLY CRITICAL! Ever since COVID the entire workload has fallen on just a handful of people. This was not - and will never be - sustainable! Many of you told us you would be willing to help us - IF:
You could understand exactly what would be required
The activities would be very manageable in terms of time required.
There was no requirement to be on the Board
We heard you!
Here is what we have done:
We placed each activity into one of four categories
Events
Communications
Finance
Sponsors
We broke down all the activities to manageable “chunks” so that most are anticipated to take no more than 2 hours per week - and some considerably less.
We created an easy-to-understand explanation for each activity so you will know what is needed
