We will begin our season of remembrance with a special service to mark the end of the mourning period in Thailand, and to give thanks for the life of the King.
Sunday 5th November, 11a.m.
We will continue our season of remembrance with our All Saints Day service, when we remember and give thanks for all those who have died and have been special to us. It will be a time to remember loved ones, especially those who have died in the previous year. All are welcome!
Sunday 12th November, 10:30 a.m.
This is Remembrance Sunday, when we remember victims of war and armed conflict around the world. It will include two minutes silence at 11 a.m. and the playing of the last post. Hymns will include The Day Thou Gavest Lord is Ended, and Abide with Me. All are welcome!
Sunday 19th November, 11a.m.
20th November is the Transgender Day of Remembrance. On the 19th we will have a special service to remember all those who have been killed this year as a result of their gender or gender expression. All are welcome!
Sunday 3rd December, 11a.m.
Advent Sunday. All Saints, Chiang Mai, will have a special service to mark the beginning of Advent. Hymns will include O Come, O Come, Emmanuel, and the service will be followed by a potluck lunch and the decorating of the church for Christmas! All are welcome!
