How to become a CEC sponsor

Sponsor Benefits

• Verbal recognition via microphone at Club meetings.

• A6 cards and holder, relating to sponsor’s products/services, may be placed on tables outside the meeting area.

• Your logo will be placed on the CEC website.

• Your logo will be placed on the stage wall behind the podium at all meetings.

• Table space may be provided outside the meeting room for demonstration of your products/services. This may require advanced notice.

• Your company name will be mentioned in the Chiangmai Expats Club e-newsletter.

• Our members will help promote your business via word-of-mouth.

Sponsor Contributions

• Cost: One thousand (1,000) baht per month.

• Payable 6 months in advance at time contract is signed.

• Contract may be renewed every six (6) months.

• Must be a CEC Lifetime Member. Cost: 600 baht.

• Help provide valuable services and information to Club members.

• Help promote the twice-a-month meetings and any other activities of the Club.

• Sponsors will provide advertising materials for meetings.

• Sponsors are responsible for the legality of products/services provided. CEC assumes no responsibility for any products and/or services provided by sponsors.

• Sponsors may display their products and/or services but may not sell these products/services at Club meetings.

• No sponsor, company or organization may seek business using our well-established, good name and reputation in any commercial venue by claiming their firm is an official representative or spokesperson for CEC.

• Sponsors may not regard themselves as holding a promotional monopoly in any venue.

• Sponsors will provide not more than two products/services per application.

• Any disputes and/or conflicts will be resolved by decisions made by the Chiangmai Expats Club Board of Trustees.

• Changes may be made in the course of the contract period with mutual agreement by sponsors and the Chiangmai Expats Club Board of Trustees.
