While many people have an interest in hypnosis, often their biggest hurdle is finding someone to practice with. In this group we help each other learn real-world skills in both conventional and conversational (covert) hypnosis. In other words, we get together to learn hypnosis and to practice it. We also share experiences on how to use self-hypnosis for such things as changing habits, increasing confidence, overcoming fears, self healing and reducing pain.
